一、亞馬遜賬號封號分為三個等級,分別是:
①Suspend----暫停
②Block----間斷
③Fraud----詐騙 ? 假如你是①②兩個等級,那么你的賬號還有時機申述回來,假如你的賬號是最終一個等級,即③,那賬號就根本沒申述的必要了。
二、郵件結構:
申述郵件應該怎么寫?咱們把解封郵件,分紅三個結構,即:三段式結構
①承認過錯----解說原因,避重就輕
②解決方案(已經(jīng)落實的)
③預防措施

5.亞馬遜申述只能三次??首要表達下我的狂怒,什么妖風惡語出自哪些不懷好意之人,說亞馬遜申述只有三次時機,誰給你的權力到處造謠引起不必要的恐慌??請各位跨境電商尤其是做亞馬遜的朋友注意:申述沒有次數(shù)約束?。。∮行┓丈陶娴暮軣o知且無良,各大渠道申述問題,諸如wish, ebay, lazada,amazon and etc. 申述的次數(shù)沒有約束,關鍵在于問題的最新反應,假如渠道給時機讓持續(xù)提交計劃,那么就是時機還在,請抓住時機持續(xù)申述!之前合作過一位客戶申述幫忙申述了八次,因為他的問題由跟賣的實在性問題演變?yōu)榭冃栴}(極少數(shù)有賬戶多問題并發(fā)的時候)剛申述過實在性問題績效團隊還在全面檢查賬戶,所以出了其他問題。請記住:申述不看次數(shù),只看最新反應,給時機就申述?。?/p>
2.通知notice dispute 團隊為過錯郵箱不接受申述怎么辦??已經(jīng)確認那是亞馬遜的體系問題導致的過錯??!解決方法:重新經(jīng)過郵箱發(fā)送,或者后臺仍舊有按鈕的能夠持續(xù)發(fā)送,收到績效反應根據(jù)最新的進行針對性申述即可,能拿回的賬戶是肯定能回來的。十年老號這個可惜,但是前期申述是否到位需求多留心。
